My bench went up around 20lbs and everything else increased by quite a bit to.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been following this eating plan:&lt;br /&gt;3 Egg whites in morning, Cereal, Toast&lt;br /&gt;Turkey sandwich at lunch with 3 dif. types of fruit&lt;br /&gt;For dinner i have many different things, Sometimes i have fish and rice, other times i have subway, or something like that.&lt;br /&gt;I oftern find my self snacking on natural moore peanut butter, with oatmeal. I used to exercise almost every day while eating very little calories. I found that is was imposible to get stronger, so i decided to do some more research.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I found i was eating to little and barely had any protein in my diet.
