week eight or nine i believe

i have been eating more and my strenght has increased amazingly over the past weeks. My bench went up around 20lbs and everything else increased by quite a bit to.

I have been following this eating plan:
3 Egg whites in morning, Cereal, Toast
Turkey sandwich at lunch with 3 dif. types of fruit
For dinner i have many different things, Sometimes i have fish and rice, other times i have subway, or something like that.
I oftern find my self snacking on natural moore peanut butter, with oatmeal. It is freaking good.


Work outs-
One day i do my "core" which includes
bench
squat
abs
quads
deadlifts

before my workout i do a warmup run.

I also do martial arts training

then finish the workout off with sprints

it takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.



the next day i do "auxileries" as we call them in school
biceps
triceps
shoulders
upperback
calfs
abs
forearms

Week One

I have been exercising for quite a while now, but have found out i was overtraining. I used to exercise almost every day while eating very little calories. I found that is was imposible to get stronger, so i decided to do some more research.

I found i was eating to little and barely had any protein in my diet. So now i am changing that, and i am going to allow more time for my muscles to recover between workouts.
